There is a program evaluation committee (PEC) composed of at least 2 faculty and one resident. The PEC must monitor and track resident performance, faculty development, graduate performance, and program quality. Residents and faculty have the opportunity to evaluate the program confidentially in writing at least once each year. The PEC should evaluate the curriculum at least annually. The PEC must use the above information when creating a written Annual Program Evaluation (APE) as well as an action plan for the following year.
